Sello Martin Matshego, Head of Investment Readiness at Fetola, is a leader in SME finance. He manages over R25 million in annual grant funding and facilitates access to R300 million in growth capital for about 400 local SMEs. Sello also leads due diligence, evaluates investment opportunities, and prepares businesses for investment. He has served as an instructor, mentor, judge, and investment committee member for institutions like FNB, University of Pretoria, TIA, SEFA, SEDA, SA SME Fund, and the SAB Foundation. Sello is an engaging speaker who inspires and enlightens his audience.

Anda Millicent Muofhe is the managing director of Vogue-Hygiene, providing hygiene and advisory services to corporate clients. With a background in Earth Sciences and as a qualified Geologist, her passion for the environment and public health drives her success. Anda has expanded operations, built strong teams, and impacted nearly 600 individuals through her business. Despite her achievements, she remains family-oriented, balancing her roles as a mother of two and a wife. Her commitment to continuous improvement and helping others defines her journey, fueling her vision for an even greater impact in the future.

About our Guest

Mpho Mokotedi is part of the SME Development team at FNB and looks after the Enterprise and Supplier Development Funding portfolio which uses ESD budgets to provide alternative funding solutions to early stage SMEs. She holds and a MBA degree from GIBS as well as a B.Com Honours degree in Financial Economics and Investment Management and is currently pursuing a MPhil in Development Finance with the University of Stellenbosch. Through educational, work and entrepreneurial experiences, she has built competencies in harnessing the optimal use of capital to enable and empower SMEs. She is a dealmaker and a dream enabler driven by a passion to apply the transformative power of impact investment initiatives to address the socio-economic challenges that South Africa currently faces.
