About our Host
Boitumelo (Tumi) Sedumedi is a Senior Project Coordinator – Business Incubation at Fetola. She has been an integral part of the FNB Youth Startup Accelerator (YSA) programme, a partnership between Fetola and FNB that provides a start-up pathway for the next generation of fearless leaders. Having joined Fetola as an intern, Tumi brought with her four years of experience in entrepreneurship. She has a passion for small business being the backbone of the community and as a tool for the growth of the country’s economy.
About our Guest
Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Ntando Maseko holds an MBA, is a Master NLP Practitioner, and a long-standing Fetola Mentor. Ntando is a passionate advocate for financial freedom and personal growth and with over 15 years in the sector brings a wealth of knowledge to his coaching and training sessions. The author of “Welcome to Financial Freedom” helps people take charge of their finances and build a secure future, whilst his “Mindset Profits” podcast shares practical business and financial tips that anyone can use. You can also catch Ntando on the “Mind Your Business” show on Hope Alive Radio, where he offers down-to-earth advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
About our Guest
Fundisiwe Mbele is the owner of Durban Kids Mobile Hair Salon, a unique service that brings quality hair care directly to client’s homes. The business encourages natural hair care for children and promotes self love and embracing their natural beauty. Fundisiwe started her journey in hairdressing informally at a young age, styling the hair of her schoolmates and their parents. A born entrepreneur, she began to turn her passion into a business at the age of 11. The motivation to formalise her long-term dream into a thriving business came when her employment contract ended. She is a current participant on our FNB Youth Startup Accelerator programme.
